• Participants must register prior to placing a bid. You will be required to create a username.
  
  
• If you registered in the past auction you do not have to register again. Your user name and password will remain the same for this auction. If you forgot your user name or password, click on "MEMBERSHIP HOME" then go to "RETRIEVE LOST PASSWORDS". Your user name and new password will be e-mailed to you.
  
  
• This username will be used as your contact name for all bids.
  
  
• Bidding will close in sequential order starting at 10am, May 16th, 2012.
  
  
• Items will be available for Pick-Up starting Thursday, May 17th, 2012.
  
  
• This is an Internet Only Auction, there is NO telephone bidding.
  
  
• A reserve price is in effect. Please see individual items for details.
  
  
• Bidding will close at the stated times OR when all in-coming bids cease for one minute. Please Note: You must REPEATEDLY click the refresh button to view the most current bid status.
  
  
• All merchandise is subject to applicable taxes collected by Rawlco Radio. All credit notes are subject to applicable taxes collected by the merchant upon redemption of the voucher.

Successful bidders will be contacted by phone, upon which time a credit card number will be required as bid confirmation. Arrangements will then be made for voucher pick-up/delivery and payment including applicable taxes. We strongly recommend you personally pick up your item. Vouchers will only be mailed upon request by REGISTERED MAIL and you will be responsible for the cost of guaranteed delivery. CKBI Radio encourages you to guarantee delivery by picking up your items personally or arranging for a representative to claim your item.

Cheques will not be accepted.

Successful bidder will receive an official voucher which will be used to claim the purchase from the Vendor.
